About the shop

A small shop built around one good habit.

Our shelves are narrow on purpose: diaries, notebooks and the pens that go with them, chosen with care.

Mansarovar Diary House began with a simple idea: a diary is only useful if you enjoy opening it. The shop started with a handful of shelves near the metro, a few trusted suppliers, and a habit of asking every customer what they actually write in their diary.

Those conversations shape what we stock. Some people want a page for every day and a cover that can live in a bag for twelve months. Others want an undated planner that starts when a project does. Students come for notebooks; families come for gift journals for weddings and housewarmings. We try to keep a small, honest range rather than a crowded rack.

"A good diary is not the most beautiful one on the shelf. It is the one you keep opening."

We choose suppliers for paper that takes ink without bleeding and bindings that stay flat after months of use. Every diary on the shelf has been opened, held and tested by someone in the shop before it goes on display.

We are close to Mansarovar Metro Station, so many people stop by on the way home from work or college. If you are passing, come in, look around and ask us what we would recommend. We are always happy to compare a few options with you at the counter.
